1. DIRECTORY PURPOSE

The Black Liberated Naked Truth Business Directory is a discovery resource. Inclusion is not an endorsement, certification of quality, guarantee, partnership, or representation by BLNT unless expressly stated.

2. SUBMISSION

Businesses must provide accurate, current information and must have authority to submit the business name, description, logo, links, and other listing material.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

The current directory administrative fee is a one-time $10 fee unless BLNT publishes a different amount. The fee supports listing review and administration and does not purchase editorial coverage, advertising, ranking, endorsement, or guaranteed traffic.

4. LISTING DURATION / REVIEW

Approved listings may remain active subject to annual review, continued accuracy, compliance with these terms, and BLNT's continued operation of the directory.

5. VERIFIED BLACK AMERICAN OWNED REPRESENTATION

If a submitter selects or represents a business as “Verified Black American Owned” or otherwise Black-owned, the submitter represents that the designation is truthful and supportable. Knowingly false representation may result in permanent removal from the directory without entitlement to reinstatement.

6. CONTENT LICENSE

The submitter grants Empress Empire LLC and BLNT a non-exclusive license to display, resize, format, and reproduce submitted business names, logos, descriptions, links, and listing materials for operation and promotion of the directory.

7. CHANGES

BLNT may correct formatting, categorization, obvious typographical errors, broken links, or display issues. Material factual changes should be based on information supplied or verified by the business.

8. REMOVAL

BLNT may suspend or remove listings that are fraudulent, materially inaccurate, unlawful, abandoned, misleading, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with directory requirements. BLNT may also discontinue the directory or a category.

9. NO GUARANTEE

BLNT does not guarantee search placement, traffic, customers, leads, sales, visibility, ranking, or business results from a directory listing.

10. THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES

Transactions between users and listed businesses are between those parties. BLNT is not responsible for products, services, fulfillment, warranties, disputes, safety, licensing, or representations made by independently operated listed businesses.

11. PRIVACY

Contact information submitted for administration may be handled separately from information intentionally published in the directory. Submitters should not provide sensitive personal information unnecessary for the listing.
