1. ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of BLNT News & Media websites, public pages, reader accounts, submission tools, and related digital services. By using the services, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable to your use.

2. ELIGIBILITY / ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to access another user's private account or BLNT administrative systems.

3. PUBLICATION CONTENT

BLNT publishes journalism, commentary, interviews, photography, video, event information, directories, advertising, and other media. Content may contain opinions belonging to identified authors, interview subjects, advertisers, or third parties and does not necessarily represent every view of Empress Empire LLC or BLNT.

8. DIRECTORY / EVENTS / THIRD PARTIES

Directory listings, event listings, links, advertisements, venues, promoters, businesses, and third-party services are provided for discovery or information. BLNT does not guarantee third-party availability, safety, quality, accuracy, fulfillment, legality, or performance.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential theft, scraping intended to defeat access controls, malware distribution, service disruption, harassment, fraudulent submissions, or misuse of private TEAM BLNT, applicant, advertiser, distribution, or administrative information. Do not use BLNT names, credentials, logos, or affiliations to falsely claim authorization, endorsement, employment, press access, or partnership.

10. ACCOUNT / ACCESS ACTIONS

BLNT may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, nonpayment where applicable, or protection of BLNT, users, partners, or third parties.

11. AVAILABILITY

BLNT may change, pause, discontinue, correct, archive, or update site features and content. BLNT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. DISCLAIMERS

To the extent permitted by law, BLNT digital services are provided on an 'as available' basis. BLNT does not warrant that all third-party information, links, listings, events, advertisements, or user submissions are complete, current, or error-free.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Empress Empire LLC and BLNT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public digital services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, a user who knowingly submits unlawful or infringing material, misuses the services, or violates another person's rights may be responsible for resulting claims, losses, or reasonable costs attributable to that conduct.

15. GOVERNING LAW

Unless a more specific written agreement provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Applicable mandatory consumer or privacy rights remain unaffected.

16. CHANGES

BLNT may revise these Terms of Use. Updated terms should display a revised effective date or version. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
