BLNT MEDIA USAGE TERMS

Empress Empire LLC presents BLNT News & Media

1. SCOPE

These terms apply to photographs, video, audio, graphics, articles, interviews, clips, galleries, logos, and other media published or made available by BLNT News & Media unless a separate license states otherwise.

2. OWNERSHIP

BLNT content may be owned by Empress Empire LLC, an individual creator, a contributor, a photographer, a videographer, a licensor, or another rights holder. Publication on BLNT does not place content in the public domain.

3. PERSONAL SHARING

Users may ordinarily share links to publicly available BLNT pages through standard platform sharing tools. Sharing a link is different from downloading, reposting, reproducing, removing watermarks, or republishing the underlying media.

4. PROHIBITED USE WITHOUT PERMISSION

Unless permitted by law or a written license, users may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, systematically download, remove watermarks from, materially alter, create merchandise from, or commercially exploit BLNT media.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY / GALLERY LICENSING

Watermarked gallery images are previews unless otherwise stated. Purchase or delivery of a licensed, non-watermarked image grants only the usage rights stated in the applicable license or order. Copyright ownership does not transfer unless expressly stated in writing.

6. CREDITS

Required creator, photographer, videographer, publication, agency, or licensor credits must be preserved when specified. A credit does not replace the need for permission or a license.

7. EMBEDS / SOCIAL PLATFORMS

Use of platform-provided embed or share functionality remains subject to the applicable platform terms and any rights held by the original creator. BLNT may remove or change availability of media without guaranteeing continued embeds.

8. PRESS / EDITORIAL REQUESTS

News organizations, educators, researchers, brands, artists, venues, and other parties seeking reuse should request permission and identify the material, intended use, platform, territory, duration, and whether the use is commercial.

9. USER-SUBMITTED MEDIA

People who submit media to BLNT must have the rights and permissions necessary for the submission and any license they grant to BLNT. Submission does not automatically transfer ownership unless expressly agreed.

10. TAKEDOWN / RIGHTS CONCERNS

A rights holder who believes BLNT is using material without authorization should contact BLNT with enough information to identify the work, the challenged use, the claimant's rights, and reliable contact information. BLNT may temporarily restrict material while reviewing a good-faith claim.

11. TRADEMARKS

BLNT names, logos, publication branding, and Empress Empire LLC branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or authorization.
